|Body:||Please, there's someone that can checks this very small circuit?|
Is a simple DC/DC converter where Vo (node 28) must value 5V. I worte it into OrCAD (under windows) and really work. I copied the netlist into SPICE (under linux) but doesn't work properly. So I rewrote it by zero in spice without success... but I need it into SPICE!
This is what I wrote:
* source BUCK
V8 57 0 15V
V9 42 0 PULSE(-0.1V 1.1V 0 0 0 0.000005 0.00001)
*I need V9 to control the open/close (costant) time of switch.
D6 0 35 MODD
S4 57 35 42 55 SMOD
R7 55 0 0.01k
L1 35 21 0.0002
RL 21 28 0.1
C2 28 13 0.00005
RC 0 13 0.1
RLOAD 0 28 5
.MODEL SMOD SW ROFF=1e6 RON=1.0 VT=0V VH=1V
.MODEL MODD D IS=5.461E-15 TT=0
*this model of diode I copied from OrCAD
.TRAN 0.0000001 0.0008 UIC
.PLOT TRAN V(28)
Thank a lot lot lot!!!
Please help me to have 5V on node 28 (without change the topology and component of devices). I need that circuit (buck).
P.S. the .ALTER command... work also during step simulation? Doesn't seems. (I've spice3f5)
