Body:We use a program at school called Circuit Maker that is a SPICE. You have to draw the schematic out by selecting symbols and piecing them together in schematic form. Then you can run the SPICE and evaluate the circuit. Sort of like the opposite of what you are looking for. I thought it might help.

Body:Yes, there is a software called Electronics Workbench which draws a schematic from a .cir file.
