Topic:Spice Models
Body:I am having a problem with a Spice simulation using TP2104 and TN2106 FETs, and using the spice models provided by Supertex. I ran the simulation with generic FETs as supplied by Multisim and it worked reasonably well (no error message).

The followinmg are the spice models for the FETs:

********************************************
*
*TN2106 MODEL

.MODEL TN2106 NMOS (LEVEL=3 RS=0.0205 NSUB=1.0E15

+XJ=6.4666E-7 THETA=1.0E-5 CGSO=9.10E-9 L=2.5E-6
+W=0.5E-2)
.ENDS

*TP2104 MODEL

.MODEL TP2104 PMOS (LEVEL=3 RS=0.73 NSUB=5.0E14

This is the error message:

Error: PARAM: There is .ends statement without .subckt.

Error: PARAM: There is .ends statement without .subckt.

Error: misplaced .ends line: .ends

The pins are ordered D,G,S (1,2,3).
Hope you can help.
