Topic:Re: how to use transient voltage source?
Body:The pulse source should be able to mimic the SEU. Set the td parameter to your t_spe value. Since this is just a single event, set the period of the pulse source to a value higher than your simulation time as it is a repetitive source.

Topic:how to use transient voltage source?
Body:Hi there, I'm encountering a problem when simulating a single-event upset (SEU) effect in a processor caused by laser radiation. What I'm trying to do is to set some transient voltage source on special nodes (to mimic the nodes radiated by laser) at a special time (say "t_spe") of program execution. Should I use the source type of "pulse" and set the delay time equal to t_spe?
Thanks,
Huiyun
